Here's the happy ending story of Sox (formerly Cinderella):
Hello TLC,
This is long overdue, but just wanted to provide an update on how great one of your many adopted pets is doing.
Formally known as Cinderella, my husband and I had to rename our beautiful female tuxedo cat Sox, because we adopted her the year the White Sox won the world series!!
She was originally very sick with a respiratory infection, pink eye, and an infected tooth, but the vet fixed her right up and she is doing great. She is the most vocal animal we have ever met and spends her days enjoying her kitty bed, our couch, kitchen chairs or sleeping in the sun. She is very spoiled and has many toys to keep her occupied until we get home from work. Sox is the sweetest and most affectionate animal and if you don’t give her your utmost attention she will let you know with persistent paw tappings. She is just such a joy to come home to after a long day of work and always is at the door waiting just like a dog would do.
We just wanted to also thank you for all your hard work and will always try to maintain our annual donations as a token of our appreciation.
